ENVICON Membrane Disc Diffusers

Depending on their characteristics, disc diffusers are either surface diffusers or plate diffusers.

ENVICON Membrane Disc Diffuser EMS, membrane type: EPDM standard

Rugged, fine-bubble and particularly inexpensive diffuser with sulphur-crosslinked EPDMA membrane for normal wastewater conditions (communal wastewater according to the guidelines of the German Association for Water Management ATV DWA M115). This diffuser is available with stainless steel clip or plastic clamping ring (easy replacement of aged membranes). It can be connected to different rectangular and round pipes with the appropriate ENVICON adapter.

ENVICON Membrane Disc Diffuser EMS-HT, membrane type: EPDM high-temperature

Rugged, fine-bubble diffuser with peroxide-crosslinked membrane suitable for aggravated wastewater conditions (e.g, wastewater with high proportions from industrial operations) and deeper waters (deeper than 7 m) and higher air temperatures (up to 120°C). This diffuser is available with stainless steel clip or plastic clamping ring (easy replacement of aged membranes). It can be connected to different rectangular and round pipes with the appropriate ENVICON adapter.
