ENVICON disc diffusers EMS
ENVICON EMS membrane disc diffusers with the outer diameters 330 mm (12”) and 270 mm (9”) are available in various membrane materials and with various membrane fastening systems. The membranes of the 12” diffusers can be easily replaced on site and without the need for special tools.
In combination with the EBA variable adapter system for round and rectangular pipes, a wide range of requirements can be fulfilled.
ENVICON membrane disc diffusers are available with the following membranes:
EPDM AeroTop
- durable, efficient standard membrane made of sulphur crosslinked EPDM
- for high demands and municipal wastewater
EPDM AeroBest
- peroxide crosslinked high-performance EPDM membrane
- for very high temperature and wastewater loads
Our rugged, powerful diffusers are made in Germany and are used throughout the world.

ENVICON tube diffusers (plug aerators) EMR
ENVICON EMR membrane tube diffusers are available with different membrane materials and in various lengths. The standard lengths are 500, 750 and 1000 mm perforated length. Other lengths are available on request.
In combination with the EBA variable adapter system, a wide range of requirements can be fulfilled.
Our rugged, powerful diffusers are made in Germany and have been in use throughout the world for many years.

- peroxydisch vernetzte Hochleistungs-EPDM-Membrane
- for very high temperature and wastewater loads
Silikon AeroSil
- plasticiser-free silicone membrane with very high tear propagation resistance
- resistant to animal fats and proteins
- can be used at high temperatures
- the very smooth surface protects against microbiological growth and deposits
Polyurethan AeroPur
- plasticiser-free polyurethane membrane with very high abrasion and tear propagation resistance
- for the highest mechanical demands
- resistant to microbes and hydrolysis with very good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals
To simplify and speed up fitting and removal of tube diffusers, ENVICON offers an effective assembly tool.

ENVICON double tube diffusers ENVIMAX
ENVICON double membrane tube diffusers ENVIMAX are available with various membrane materials and in various lengths up to an active length of 2000 mm.
They are available fully pre-assembled or, for cost-effective shipping, as a set consisting of 2 membrane tube diffusers and an adapter set.
Our rugged, powerful diffusers are made in Germany.

ENVICON ceramic tube diffusers EKR
The heart of the ENVICON ceramic tube diffusers EKR is the high-quality glass-sintered AeroMax ceramic tube with exceptional pressure loss and oxygenation characteristics.
This ceramic component is particularly suitable for wastewater and drinking water treatment and when durability and chemical resistance are key.
The EKR ceramic tube diffusers are available in the following versions:
- Set for installation in pairs with lengths of 2 x 500 mm and 2 x 750 mm
- Pre-assembled single diffusers 500 and 750 mm active length
For various requirements up to ultra-fine-bubble aeration, e.g. for fish farms, we offer different pore sizes.
The end caps are optionally available in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide (PAGV) or stainless steel.
